Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided

 

Hello Fluent offers online English coaching services for non-native speakers. These sessions are tailored to individual needs, focusing on conversation practice, job interview preparation, presentation skills, and writing improvement.

2. Booking and Payment

​​

  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our designated scheduling platform.

  • Payment is required at the time of booking. Payment will be facilitated via Stripe.

  • Pricing is subject to change, but any changes will not affect sessions that have already been booked and paid for.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

​

  • Clients may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours of the session will not be refunded.

  • In case of a no-show, the session will be forfeited without a refund.

  • If Hello Fluent needs to reschedule or cancel a session, an alternative time will be offered, or a full refund will be provided.

4. Session Conduct

​​

  • Clients must join sessions on time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session without refund or rescheduling.

  • Sessions are conducted via Google Meet via a provided link. Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a working microphone/camera.

  • The Google Meet link is intended only for the person who has booked the session. No additional parties may be present, and the link may not be shared with another party without prior approval.

  • Any inappropriate or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • All session content is confidential. Hello Fluent will not share any client information without consent, except as required by law.

  • Sessions may not be recorded, shared, or distributed without prior written consent from both parties.

6. Liability Disclaimer

​​

  • Hello Fluent is not responsible for any outcomes related to the use of coaching services, including but not limited to job applications, presentations, or written communication.

  • Clients are responsible for their progress and engagement in the learning process.

7. Intellectual Property

​​

  • Any materials provided during sessions are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Amendments to Terms

​​

  • These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
